The Tough Tatas 4-Week Workout Challenge is designed for rapid results. I have developed a rigorous workout plan that includes 3 strength training days– to develop lean muscle, and 2 total body high intensity interval training (HIIT) days– to blast away body fat. You must complete 5 workouts per week. The workouts can be done on any day that best fits your schedule.

I have created a Private Facebook Group for accountability, support, and motivation! This group is available to Challenge members only.
