‘Tis the season… for yummy desserts!
This is one of my favorite sweet-tooth satisfiers, and guess what? Not only is it gluten free, but it’s also low carb. Even if I wasn’t low carb, I would still eat this. That’s how yummy it is!
Just 2 Ingredients:
- Cool Whip Extra Creamy 8oz (3g net carbs per serving)
- Swiss Miss (Diet or Light) Hot Cocoa Packets (3g net carbs per serving)
& Easy-peasy Directions:
- Mix 4 tablespoons (2 servings) of cool whip with 1 packet of swiss miss (1 serving). Can be enjoyed immediately or can chill in the fridge (or freezer) overnight!
Total Net Carbs= 9g net carbs!
