Hello & Happy Saturday!
We’re finally settled into our new place across country! It’s been a whirlwind of events, but super exciting nonetheless.
More importantly, we found a gym!
For the past 1.5 weeks, I’ve been up 5 days a week at 4am (that’s when fiance wakes up to get ready for work) for fasted cardio. I’ve been doing anywhere between 45-60 minutes on a variety of cardio equipment, but I ALWAYS include running.
You may ask, why fasted cardio? Why running? Stay tuned for a post highlighting the benefits of this type of exercise!
